The mission of IMPACT Volleyball Club is to develop and support our athletes in their individual pursuits while instilling a passion for the game of volleyball in a positive and safe environment. We strive to teach and develop technical skills as well as promote characteristics that are transferable on and off the court including teamwork, integrity, sportsmanship, while building a sense of community. 

The mission of IMPACT Volleyball Academy is to develop the next generation of youth volleyball athletes, giving them the tools and confidence they need to grow and accelerate their skills as they move forward in their journey into club and school volleyball. Athletes will be taught the fundamentals of the game in a positive and encouraging environment.

IMPACT Academy will strive to teach the fundamentals of coaching the sport of volleyball to the next generation of coaches by actively engaging IMPACT Club athletes and alumni in the coaching process under IMPACT coaching staff who will serve as mentors. 

All athletes must be registered with USA Volleyball prior to any level of competition, including tryouts. Membership to USAV serves as supplement insurance for both our club and to its players. The annual member cost is $35 and annual memberships are valid from September 1st through August 31st of the subsequent year.
