Alaska Slow Pitch Team Classifications

Team classifications are governed by USA Softball of Alaska with input from local associations. Below is a comprehensive list of all team placements for the 2018 season. Existing teams must sign up for the level they were placed for the 2018 season. New teams being formed must adhere to the following roster guidelines when constructing their team.

Division Roster Guidelines
Men's Comp Rosters may contain no more than four (4) players from the USA Softball of Alaska Restricted Player List (RPL).
Men's C League Rosters may contain one (1) player from the USA Softball of Alaska Restricted Player List (RPL) and no more than three (3) players from men’s teams that have been placed in the Men’s Comp Division for the upcoming season. Players on the RPL will count as a Men’s Comp Player regardless of where their team was placed for the upcoming season.
Men's D League Players on the RPL are not allowed to play in this league. Rosters may contain no more than three (3) players from men’s teams that have been placed in the Men's C League for the upcoming season.
Coed A League Rosters may contain no more than two (2) players from the RPL.
Coed B League Rosters may contain one (1) player from the RPL. Rosters may contain no more than three (3) players from coed teams that have been placed in the Coed A Division. Rosters may contain no more than two (2) players from teams that have been placed in the Men’s Comp Division. Players on the RPL will count as Men’s Comp players and/or Coed A players regardless of where their team was placed for the upcoming season.
Coed C League Players on the RPL are not allowed to play in this league. Rosters may contain no more than three (3) players from coed teams that have been placed in the Coed B Division for the upcoming season. Rosters may contain no more than one (1) player from a men’s team that has been placed in the Men’s Comp League for the upcoming season.
Coed D League Players on the RPL are not allowed to play in this league. Players from teams who have been placed in the Men’s Comp Division for the upcoming season are not allowed to play in this league. Rosters may contain no more than three (3) players from coed teams that have been placed in the Coed C Division for the upcoming season.
