Middle School Fastpitch Softball

General Information

In collaboration with the Anchorage School District (ASD) and American Legion Baseball (ALB), the Anchorage Sports Association (ASA) is proud to offer girls' fastpitch softball to all Middle School students in Anchorage for the second year!

This program is administered by ASA as an outsourced ASD sport. Student-athletes must follow all rules associated with participation in middle school activities, but the registration, fee collection, and scheduling will be done by ASA.

Schedule & Location

Practices will take place after school between 3 and 5 PM. All practices will take place at the teams' home school.  Students can expect to practice 2 days/week.  Days/times will be dependent upon coach and facility availability.

Games will be played on Saturdays. Teams will participate in a total of 6 games throughout the season, spread out as three double-header Saturdays (May 2, 9, 16).  A preseason jamboree may be held on April 25, weather permitting.

Games will be held at the Chuck Albrecht Softball Complex (MLK Drive/Elmore).

PLEASE NOTE: Student sports physicals must be turned in at the school of your participation!
