Dodgeball is a fun, fast-paced sport not for the faint of heart. If you can dodge, dip, dive, duck, and....dodge, then this is the league for you!

Teams consist of 6 players in the playing area at one time, 3 female and 3 male. The playing area is defined as half a basketball court. There is no "out of bounds" for players, but players must be in the playing area to throw or be called out.

Teams play as many games as possible in 17 minutes. The team with the most games won at the end of 17 minutes wins the match. Teams will switch sides at the halfway point. Teams may have more than 6 players on their team (and we recommend they do) and can make substitutions between games.

Balls are made of foam--it does not hurt when you get hit, even if the throw is hard/fast (or to your face...).

*Free Agent teams will be formed with 8-10 people on a team.
