14th ANNUAL ANCHORAGE FIRE EXPLORERS POST #264 SUMMERTIME BENEFIT

NFL ALUMNI SEATTLE SEAHAWKS CELEBRITY CHARITY SOFTBALL GAME

Anchorage Fire Explorers need Honorary Seattle Seahawk Alumni Softball Players to play alongside members of the Anchorage Fire Department during their annual charity event.

When: Saturday Aug.18th at 4:00pm
Where: Mulcahy Stadium
What: Seattle Seahawks Alumni Charity Softball Game to benefit Anchorage Fire Explorers Post #264

The game will feature two Seattle Seahawk Alumni as Team Captains:

Kelly Herndon, NFL Career 2000-2009 (Giants,Broncos & Seahawks)

Seattle Seahawks Starting Cornerback “2005-2009”

Kelly set a New Super Bowl Interception Record in Super Bowl XL "Seahawks vs Steelers" intercepting a Ben Roethlisberger pass and returning it 76 yards for a new Super Bowl record.

Manu Tuiasosopo, NFL Career 1979-1988 (Seahawks & S.F. 49ers)

Seattle Seahawks starting defensive lineman from 1978-1984. Manu was a 1st Round Draft Pick by the Seattle Seahawks and finished his career with the San Francisco 49ers after winning Super Bowl XIX in 1988.

All players will receive:

1)     Anchorage Fire Explorers/Seattle Seahawks Alumni Team Game T-Shirt 

2)     Invite to post-game pizza party at the field with Seahawks Alumni and Anchorage Fire Department

3)     Autographed Seattle Seahawks gear

4)     Invite all your family and friends as our free guests

 

IMPORTANT RAIN NOTICE:

IN CASE OF RAIN, SEATTLE SEAHAWKS ALUMNI GAME WILL BE CHANGED FROM TO SOFTBALL TO BASKETBALL ON THE SAME DATE AND TIME AT DIMOND HS GYMNASIUM

All players please arrive by 3:00 pm for warm-ups at Mulcahy Stadium. Game t-shirts will be provided. Game is scheduled to start at 4:00 pm.

Please bring shorts, shoes, and any softball gear you may need (glove, bats, etc.).
